As a result of obtaining archive grants for microfilming and indexing, the Village of Pittsford was able to preserve a large volume of historical records. What is displayed in the following sections is a demonstation of this effort.

The Property/Photo Survey is a compilation of microfilmed documents organized by street address. It contains the building inventories that were done in 1975 and updated in 2010, photos, and newspaper articles.

Volume one is a collection of minutes dating between the years 1888 and 1901. This is a running history of dates and references. Actual minutes will need to be viewed at the Village Office.

Due to the awarding of the Urban Forestry Grant, a detailed record of the history of trees has been compiled. Records are displayed in two formats. The Archived Tree Inventory dates back to 1903. The current record begins in 2005 and continues forward. This is a searchable document for your reference.
