1. Why can't I park the wrong way?
You must park with the flow of traffic as per New York State Law(VTL 1203, Section A).

2. Can I pay for a moving violations ticket at the Village Office?
Moving violations tickets are collected only at the Town of Pittsford Court located at 3750 Monroe Avenue, Pittsford, New York. Checks are made payable to the Town of Pittsford, 11 South Main St., Pittsford, NY 14634. Further questions could be answered by calling the Court at 585-248-6239.

3. How long can I park on a Village street?
By regulation, Village Code 195-14B, states that a vehicle may not park any longer than 72 hours on a Village street.

4. Where can I park in the Village?
A map of all permissible and restricted parking zones in the Village is posted to this site under Services, Parking Monitor, Parking Map. Further assistance can be sought at the Village Office at 586-4332.

5. Can I park in the Village overnight?
It shall be unlawful for any person, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. on any day from November 1 until April 15 in any year, to park or cause to be parked any automobile or other vehicle upon any street or public way or portion thereof used by the public within the corporate limits of the Village. (VC 195-11).
